Our Surf/Yoga/Adventrue Camps are based out of Uvita, Costa Rica. We are south of Manuel Antonio about a 45 minute trip and the gateway to the blue waters of the Osa Peninsula. This area is as close to paradise as you can get on Earth. The pristine and at times desolate beaches have some of the best waves for beginner to intermediate surfers all year round. Our yoga sister company www.iloveyogamaya.com has been teaching yoga for decades and specializes in yoga for surfers to ensure your best time on and off the board and the mat.
The area. Is breathtaking. Sloths, monkeys, macaws y mas are all over the place. Even if you're not into bird watching you will be amazed by the amount of birds you usually see in a pet store just frolicking around. We have explored the entire country and kept coming back home...to Uvita. It's truly got it all.
